Shipping policy

All orders are usually shipped out within 72 hours, but in very rare situations, it could take from 7 to 10 days (including weekends) to ship from our location if we are out of product stock, or out of stock on certain ingredients and/or packaging for your product(s). As our products are all handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness for our customers, this is a possibility.

In the rare situation that there is a delay, we will contact you via the email address you provided. You will have the option to wait a specified amount of time, or substitute product(s), ingredients, and/or packaging.

When your product ships, you will receive a confirmation via the email address you provided.

Each shipping company has different transit times. A Google search will yield photos and/or information regarding transit maps, where you may see average shipping speeds for your area from Louisville, Kentucky.

If your order is over $100, we may require a signature upon receipt, which would protect you from loss or theft.

If your package comes to you damaged, take photo(s) of the damaged package before opening. Once you have taken the photo(s), open package and check product(s) for any damage. If your product(s) is damaged, contact shipping company to file a claim immediately.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, contact your shipper immediately at the customer service numbers provided. FedEx Customer Service is 800-GO-FEDEX. UPS Customer Service is 800-742-5877. USPS Customer Service is 800-275-8777.

At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, or outside of the United States. We hope to be able to ship internationally very soon.
